Come and learn some effective energy techniques for becoming more aware of when you are unconsciously healing others. With this awareness you will be able to choose when and whom you want to heal. You will learn how to heal yourself first so that you will have more energy to share. We will also work with techniques that will help you to physically feel when foreign energy is encroaching on your space.
